14th annual awards were presented on February 28 in Las Vegas
RxBenefits, the employee benefit industry’s first and only technology-enabled pharmacy benefits optimizer (PBO), was named the bronze winner last week for Customer Service Department of the Year in the Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Related Industries category in the 14th annual Stevie® Awards.
RxBenefits partners with employee benefit consultants to optimize prescription drug program benefits for self-insured employers in the mid-market – a group that is often underserved by the large pharmacy benefit management (PBM) companies, who prioritize their resources by serving their largest clients first. The RxBenefits customer service approach focuses on providing service the way it was meant to be, with representatives live answering 100% of inbound calls, treating each caller like a member of their own family. This approach has contributed to the company’s 96% customer retention rate over the past three years and a 2018 Net Promoter Score of 42.2, which leads health plans (4.0) and pharmacy benefit managers (2.3).
The Gold, Silver, and Bronze award winners were revealed during the gala banquet on Friday, February 28 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. More than 2,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and nearly every industry, in 48 nations, were evaluated in this year’s competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 180 professionals worldwide, working in seven specialized judging committees.
“RxBenefits’ client and member service departments were designed to be trusted resources for our customers, and we empowered our representatives to advocate for members who often felt lost in the shuffle with other pharmacy providers,” said Bryan Statham, Chief Executive Officer of RxBenefits. “Due to our differentiated service model, we have earned a reputation for taking care of clients and delighting members that has fueled incredible growth. And yet, I am incredibly proud to say that we have maintained our client-first culture and the heart for helping others that has been integral to our success for twenty-five years. Our customer service team continues to be an example to the 500+ RxBenefits employees of how to live our brand each day.”
“Stevie Award winners from around the world should be very proud of their achievements. The judges were impressed with the vast range of nominations submitted for 2020 and have agreed that their accomplishments are worthy of public recognition,” said Stevie Awards executive chairman, Michael Gallagher.
